Authentic Yoga is ancient wisdom - made easy for modern times
Our style of teaching is based on yogic texts: Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Yog Vashishta, the Bhagavad Gita and others. We have (through tried and tested methods and approaches - across 140 countries), an easy to digest method of grasping and applying these tools, in modern day life.
The primary style of teaching is a Hatha based flow - using breath and awareness, with each movement. Sometimes slow, sometimes faster, each class is adapted to the level of the student. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, and honour it during (and after) your practise.
Facilitators have graduated with the Art of Living Foundation and conduct classes in a traditional style of yoga (Sri Sri Yoga), taught by Acharya Krishan Verma, and approved by H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
